What our services cost, and how insurance works
Rates & Payment Options
Every family deserves access to clear answers and the right support, regardless of financial circumstances. Here's what you need to know about how billing works at Psyched to Grow.
Insurance
As a private pay practice, we do not bill insurance directly. Because our evaluations and support services are generally considered educational rather than medical services, they are typically not covered by health insurance plans.
However, reimbursement may still be possible! Upon completing your evaluation, we will provide you with a Superbill, an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance provider to request out-of-network reimbursement. Families who are evaluating concerns related to ADHD, autism (ASD), and/or mental health often find that their insurance covers a portion of the cost.
Rates
Because every evaluation is tailored to your child's unique needs, we cannot give an exact quote until we connect with you. That said, we want you to have a general sense of what to expect so there are no surprises.

Sliding Scale & Affordable Fees
Sliding-scale and reduced-fee options are available for both evaluations and counseling services. If cost is a concern, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We'll have a conversation about your situation and do our best to find an option that works for you.
Payment
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, HSA, and FSA.
Payment is split into two installments: half is due at intake, and the remaining balance is due at the final feedback meeting when you receive your report.
If you need a little more time between the testing and feedback sessions, we are happy to be flexible with scheduling to help make the process more manageable financially. Just let us know!
